3. Eligibility

5. Use of Digital Signature Certificates

You agree to:

  • Use your DSC for authorized and legitimate purposes only.
  • Keep your private key and DSC credentials secure and confidential.
  • Promptly notify us in case of a breach, loss, or compromise of your DSC or private key.
  • Not misuse, falsify, or misrepresent the DSC in any way.

6. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services provided by Msign Technology Private Limited, including DSC issuance, renewal, and other related services. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms or as required by law.

7. Third-Party Certifying Authorities (CAs)

Msign Technology Private Limited is a registered partner of multiple Certifying Authorities (CAs) authorized by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) in India. By accepting these Terms, you agree that:

  • Your DSC will be issued by a CA based on their terms and conditions.
  • We act as a facilitator between you and the CA and are not responsible for any delays, errors, or rejections by the CA.
  • The validity of your DSC is governed by the issuing CA’s policies, and we do not control the CA’s operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, Msign Technology Private Limited shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or profits, arising from the use of our services.
  • Any failure, delay, or inability to issue a DSC due to reasons beyond our control, including issues related to the Certifying Authority or government regulations.
  • The misuse, loss, or compromise of your DSC or private key resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Msign Technology Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Website without our express written permission.
